You can look forward to

• Handling and evaluating international Property and/or Casualty reinsurance claims in line with internal guidelines and legal frameworks
• Reviewing coverage, assessing liability, and determining appropriate settlements
• Collaborating closely with colleagues across Claims, Underwriting, Accounting, and other functions
• Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting reporting activities
• Contributing to process improvements and the development of team standards
• Fostering a strong team culture through open communication and knowledge sharing

You come equipped with

• Degree in Law, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
• Several years of professional experience handling Property and/or Casualty claims, ideally within a (re)insurer environment
• Experience working in an international context, confident in collaborating across different locations and cultures
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound and well-justified decisions
• Strong communication skills, with business-fluent English and conversational German; additional languages are a plus
• Team-oriented mindset, combined with a willingness to travel occasionally
