You can look forward to

• Independent planning and execution of audits with a focus on actuarial function and quantitative risk management at our headquarter in Hanover as well as at our international locations
• Communication of audit results (both verbal and written)
• Development of practical recommendations based on audit results
• Advising the audited departments and following up on the implementation of recommendations
• Further development of audit methods and techniques

You come equipped with

• Master’s degree in (business) mathematics
• Several years of professional experience in (re-)insurance
• Good knowledge of Solvency II and IFRS 17
• Qualification as an actuary (DAV) is an advantage
• Experience in planning and conducting audits, e.g., with an auditing firm or in an internal audit department, is an advantage
• Affinity for IT and knowledge of data analysis
• Strong communication skills combined with business-fluent English
• An international mindset and willingness to travel worldwide, approx. three to five times per year for one week
