Your responsibilities -here'swhere you can get involved!

• You will provide guidance and leadership to service technicians, ensuring that all tasks are completed on schedule

• You will analyse KPIs and PPIs, derive measures to improve processes and outcomes, and keep organisational and departmentalobjectivesin view

• You will carry out regular quality and employee audits, ensuring compliance with work instructions, standard times, and material usage

• You will make operational decisions together with Area Management based on regularly collected performance and process indicators

• You willidentifytraining needs and ensure targeted employee development to sustainably build competencies

• Together with the service technicians, you willmonitortheir working time accounts and coordinate with planners to balanceadditionaland reduced hours

• As a Field Supervisor, you willbe responsible forensuring compliance with all safety regulations on site

Your profile - what makes you a great fit!

• You have completed vocational training inelectrotechnical, mechanical, or other technical field, or a technical degree

• You have already gained experience in leading employees and bring strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills

• You are willing to travel within the region of Lower Saxony during the week; you will be back home at the weekend

• You are familiar with working with Microsoft and iOS operating systems and apps

• You are comfortable working at heights and canoperatesafely above ground level

• You have a driving licence, ideally class BE

• Very good German (B2) and good English skills round off your profile
